County health departments will investigate complaints about alleged violations of the Smoke-Free Arizona Act. County health departments will notify the proprietor of the public place or place of employment and/or conduct an inspection within 15 days after receipt of a complaint.
If you are not sure whether the issue you want to report is a violation of the Act, please feel free to call us at 1-877-429-6676. When complaints are filed with allegations that are not violations of the Act, those complaints are not investigated and are closed out.

The mySmokeFreeAZ app can be downloaded for iPhone and Android.
